• Study interest (Join Study on Human Trials): full name, email, optional city/region, and the time and version of your contact consent. This is not study enrollment; no health or medical information is requested.
• Women + Iron Study interest: email address and the time and version of your consent to be emailed about this research. This is not study enrollment; no health information is requested.
• Partner enquiries: organization, country/region, contact name, capabilities, email, optional message and contact-consent timestamp.
• Product interest: email address, selected product option, submission time and the time/version of your explicit email consent. We use this private list for updates about your chosen product concept, separately from study interest. No health information or card details are collected. This is not an order, subscription or study enrollment. We retain it only while needed for these updates; you can withdraw consent or request deletion by emailing theo@indy.fund.

We use this information to answer your enquiry, contact you about research where you consent, and keep ordinary business records. We do not sell your personal information.

Like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers record basic technical information when you visit — such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser type and referring page — so we can keep the site working and understand which pages are useful.

Beyond Iron+ is not currently offered for purchase. The public website does not collect payment card details. Investor materials and their existing processes are separate.

We share contact information only as needed with authorized Beyond staff and providers that run the website, secure data storage and email delivery. Research and partner contact records are not publicly accessible.

We retain research-interest details while needed for the planned research contact purpose, and business enquiries while needed to respond and maintain relevant business records. We review continued need and delete or anonymize records when no longer necessary, subject to legal obligations. You can withdraw contact consent and request deletion at any time; no study enrollment results from signing up.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email theo@indy.fund and we will respond.

This site and our products are intended for adults, not for children.
